By diet I of course mean my eating habits that are meant to last the lifetime.
So, what I do is:
- Eat about 1100 calories daily. If exercising, more is ok.
- Eat healthy and slowly.
- Try to get enough protein.
- Drink 2L or more water daily.
- Try to drink 3 cups of green tea daily.
- Only eat if hungry.
- I can eat anything I want, but in good portions.
- Don’t eat after 8PM.
I’m not too strict though; sometimes I like to eat a lot with my friends and it’s ok. I’m being healthy most of the time, so a pizza or two once in a while isn’t killing me or my progress!
